How it started
QualiThree was born out of a shared frustration. Why is it some projects succeed while others struggle? We saw talented teams held back by technical debt, poor architecture, and lack of guidance. We wanted to change that.
We realised that the best way to solve these problems was to start with strong technical leadership that understands the realities of shipping software. So we came together to build a consultancy that focuses on practical solutions, not just theoretical advice.
Our mission is to help teams get unstuck and ship great products. We believe that with the right guidance and support, any team can overcome technical challenges and build something amazing. That’s why we started QualiThree — to be the partner that helps you get things done.

Sam brings extensive experience in full-stack development and infrastructure design, with a growing focus on AI and Large Language Models. He leads teams and orchestrates complex projects, integrating cutting-edge tools to build impactful solutions.
Josh Fenton

Principal Software Engineer with significant experience across banking and telecommunications. Josh is a forward-thinker who stays at the vanguard of emerging technologies, constantly exploring new tools and approaches. He’s an active contributor to tech communities and brings both deep technical skill and a passion for innovation.
